Weaving
The process of spinning yarn
The raw polypropylene is blended with pigments and melted into a thin film. This film is then cut to a specific width and separated into individual strands. These strands are then stretched and strengthened by passing them through ovens and rollers. Finally, the processed yarn is wound onto small rolls. The processed yarn is then wound, strand by strand, into small rolls to form the finished yarn.

Weaving
The process of weaving fabric
Weaving begins by feeding individual yarn rolls into a machine to create a tight weave. The yarns running vertically are called warp, and those running horizontally are called weft. The fabric is formed by interlacing these warp and weft yarns. Once woven, the fabric is wound into approximately 1000 meter rolls and then packaged.
